If someone wanted to live in Denmark...?

If a EU citizen (British Citizen) wanted to move and live in Denmark under a residency permit .... Would they need to have the 50,000 DKK (£5,000) in the bank?

Or is that just for non EU citizens?

I know for and permission passes or Visa's you need money in the bank. It's showing them proof of have you will live and survive your time visiting. In other words how could I travel to India and visit for 2 months with no money, how could I live? Hope this helps a bit. Good luck.

No, it applies for EU citizens as well.
