  1. Major in Spanish, minor in Education. Even if you are native speaker, as I have found, you can get a really good idea of HOW to teach native and non-native speakers.

  2. spanish with a minor in teaching or flip it, teaching with a minot in spansih, or you can double major

  3. If you're already fluent in Spanish, then you should major in Education, and choose the level at which you would like to teach.  If you'd like to teach Elementary School, then major in Elementary Education.  Choose Secondary Education for older kids.  You could also take some TESOL classes, which is Teaching English as a Second Language.  I found that learning how to teach a foreign language is helpful, and unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to find a Teaching Spanish as a Second Language class.

  4. Well if you are fluent in Spanish, Latin American studies would be a good major.  You could teach both the language as well as history and/or culture classes.

A minor in education would be good too if you want to teach high school or below.  If you want to teach college I do not think the education minor is necessary.
