If someone wants to move from Switserland to Canada..?

They have a highschool diploma and are very good in school and have good english will it be hard for them to get into a university

There is a difference between moving from Switzerland to Canada and simply attending university in Canada. Canadian universities are quite competitive, and excellent English skills (except in Quebec) are to be expected.
