If you want to work in the pharmacy department:  If you want to be a pharmacist - absolutely! If you want to be a technician, this will vary as well (depending on your state law).  You will need to verify this with the department of rules and regulations in your state IL and TX no degree is needed, CA you must have an associates to obtain a pharmacy license.  If your state does not require any degree Walgreens will pay for your license once you are hired.

If you want to work on the store side you will not need a degree, if you want to become an assistant manager they prefer someone with a bachelor's degree.

Well, what kind of position would you hold. Im sure they would accept you without a degree, after all, no offense, but its Walmart
