if someone in your class looked like they were about to pass out (and this isn't the first time, they have passed out twice before from low blood sugar in class) and you tried to get them to eat something or lay down and they wouldnt, what would you do? this girl was really pale in class, paler than usual and i told her she should eat something so she didn't pass out, but she just continued on saying im fine, im fine. i didnt want to make her mad, so i just let it go. j/w what you would do?

  1. she needs protein when she does that. Carry a protein bar with you. When she goes to do that tell her to eat it. Tell her you are a friend and don't want to see her pass out because she is looking really pale and you are aware of her medical problem. Tell her it is nothing to be embarrassed about.

  2. You were right in trying to get her to eat something.

If she continues to deny food, than at least walk with her out.

  3. She could be embarrassed about this So she doesnt want anyone to make a big deal about it But what it really sounds like is that she might be anorexic That could be why she doesnt want to eat One of my friends was anorexic and she was always very pale, weak, and blacked out all the time So i would try talking to her If she refuses Then tell her youre gonna talk to the school nurse, her parents, or someone in authority so she can realize the how bad the situation is Hopefully its not an eatting disorder Because that would be terrible I really wish you luck on getting to the bottom of this situation and making her better Good luck

  4. If a person is suffering from low blood sugar, they can become confused and mentally unstable so she might not know what she's saying. Instead of telling her to eat something, just hand her some food or juice or if you're really close friends, carry some glucose tablets with you and tell her to take one. If she refuses, go tell your teacher.

If she passes out she could hit her head and suffer a serious injury
