During the time until the election, who would be the next in line? Given his age and health issues, who would take over the nomination? Please tell me it won’t be Palin!

  1. yes it would be...

  2. If it happens after Thursday night it would be Palin.  Don't worry, McCain's mom is like 147 years old, he has the genes.

  3. Both major political parties in the United States select their presidential candidates through a process of primary elections. However, voters do not directly select presidential nominees in these primaries. Instead, they choose delegates from their respective states who will attend a national party convention to nominate a presidential candidate for their party.

If something happened to McCain, those delegates would meet to discuss who would be brought forward to take his place.

However, in all the years of having presidential elections, it hasn't happened.

  4. I would hope that they would vote in another nominee. Palin could never run for President and expect to win. She couldn't even meet the demands of the campaign. She would make the whole Republican party look inept.

    I mean... even more inept.

  5. I sure hope so.. We need a God fearing woman like her in office

  6. LOL. Palin will be impeached in no time and Pelosi will become a president... First wooman president..  LOL

  7. Its Palin. Scared yet?

  8. Palin is a Governor with 16 years Experince in public office to Obama's 11 years

She has command of her state national guard and has to deal with foreign nations on a monthly basis such as Russia and Canada.

  9. i hope it isn't Palin because compared to Obama's year and a half she has no experience. What are you saying because she is a woman she cant handle what Barack can.
