  1. When you delete a file in Windows Explorer or My Computer, the file appears in the Recycle Bin.  It keeps files that have been deleted, whether accidentally or intentionally.  The Recycle Bin only stores files deleted from hard drives, not from removable media, such as SD cards and floppy disks.  Users can review or restore the contents of the Recycle Bin before deleting the items permanently.  

    To remove a program from the computer it must be uninstalled with Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.

  4. when something is in your recycling bin its only logically deleted. meaning as far as you computer is consurned it is deleted but no its still there thats why you can still reverse the deleting

  5. Yes it is - until you either empty the bin or reinstate it back to where you rejected it to.
