  1. There are many factors that reduce sperm numbers in men:

    - smoking

    - drinking too much alcohol

    - even tight jeans have been blamed

    This does not stop people breeding but generally makes it more difficult to conceive.  

    Your question itself seems to disprove this Soy theory.  As you say Soy is a major part of the diet in China and they do not suffer high infertility as a result.
