I love the TMNT, but I think Spiderman would win.  He would be able to trap them before they moved a step, and some of the TMNT's weapons (like the staff/stick or those spinning wooden chain things) wouldn't cut through the webs so they could free themselves.

I think Don and Mike. Because they don't like fighting you know, so they will be the last ones will remain.

If Spiderman fought NInja Turtles it would be the same as if the X-Men fought Sailor Moon, but if Sailor Moon had a Gremlin to help her and there was an X-Man with Jedi powers, like Proffesor X,  but Proffesor X if he could jump around and use a light saber. Also, it would be cooler if when they fought, they could go back in time to when there were dinasours, but even thought there are back in time they could use rocket propelled grenades  to fight the dinasaurs.

Spiderman would pin down Raph and Mike, Don would try and save them and die, then when spider man is tired Leon would come in and stab Spiderman, then spider man would get one last hit on Leon before his blood drained and he died...
