This has always bothered me. If you look at a profile shot of the twin towers compared to the buildings surrounding it, it almost is 3/4 higher than all of them. Question; why didn't they strike lower?If you're going to chop down a tree, wouldn't you start chopping at the lowest point possible? Doesn't logic tell you that if you hit lower, the more likely a building would collapse because the weight on top would be greater? Why would they have done that?
