    A hat-trick consists of taking three wickets in three consecutive deliveries.

    One of the deliveries resulted in a wide and therefore would not be considered a hat-trick.

  6. Hat trick it is because only legal balls can take wickets and since a wide is not a legal ball and the bowler was punished for it by adding runs to the batting side the hattrick counts.Same thing for a no ball.
