  1. I would select #2 McCain/Palin Tuesday. They bring a new found sense of ethics---and---responsibility like we have yearned for for so long.   This ticket gives us hope and change----something the other guy promised and never delivered on.

Obama----we don't believe anything you tell us---we don'y need another greedy corrupt lawyer----combined with another useless career politician.

  2. 2 McCain

But I am disappointed with our party's last 8 years!

I would not vote for Obama because he is too closely related to the Muslim community and I don't trust them at all.

Frankly I think America loses no matter who gets elected!

    <(((><

  3. McCain:

    - He commanded the largest Battalion in the US Navy - he has a long and distinguished record of service to our country.

    - He has a tremendous amount of experience with military tactics and strategy

    - He has a proven record of working with liberals, moderates and conservatives; democrats, independents and republicans, to make real progress and get things done

    - He puts the needs of all Americans above petty partisan politics

    - In the face of new facts, he is able to adapt his opinions and positions rather than digging his heels in and stubbornly refusing to change his mind

I have also read through his Voting Record and Interest Group ratings for him (and for Obama) and I agree with him on many things. I think that he would be a better all-around leader than Obama.

  4. McCain, I must be a racist.

  5. McCain/Palin

I've always been a McCain fan and I'm in love with Sarah Palin.  She holds almost exactly the same values that I do.  I think the moderate-conservative McCain with the very conservative Palin make a good combination.

Plus I don't like Obama.  He's friends with people who have been arrested and charged with terrorism.  And he doesn't have a real plan.  His plan is to just change the change that's changing us.

  6. McCain/Palin!

They are for many of the values and ideals that I have.  I feel that they want change and they aren't afraid to go get it (McCain picking Palin...Palin going after corrupt politicians in Alaska).  I believe that they have what it takes to be in office and lead our country...I seriously doubt the abilties of the others (especially those that like to be thought of as rockstars or gods rather than politicians).  The Presidency is not some 4 year long rock tour...it's work and I need someone to represent my country that is willing to work.  I want someone who is going to be there not for the fame but for the American people.  McCain and Palin seem like they are serious about their jobs.  I have no doubt that they will build up America...Palin of all people appears like she is one tough cookie and I seriously doubt she's one to pushed around.

  7. To get the right answer, you have to ask the right question.  The right question is which political party do you want to assume federal responsibility for the next four years.  The GOP, when it was administered by Eisenhower, Nixon and Ford stuck to a middle of the road economic and social policy that was broadly progressive and at worst neutral between the needs of the investor class and the working class.  During the Reagan era all that changed.  The investor class came first and the American wage earner was left out of the equation....the idea of trickle down economics, supply side economics and vast amounts of money for the military and little for the social needs of the United States became the name brand.  By the time of George Bush #2 the republicans forgot there was an American working class in their zeal to increase the fortunes of the growing trans national corporations. With McCain, these same folks will still be in charge...catering to big business, our bloated military, the radical clerics of the Christian right and the fossil fuel industries.  Ike, Tricky d**k and good old Jerry Ford had it close to right.  The Bush Junta, and now the formerly moderate Sen. McCain have it wrong.  Take care of the American wage-earner and all will be well.  s***w the 95% of us that compose the American working class and it won't.  The Democrats have finally returned to a middle of the road economic and social policy that will benefit the American wage earner....and that's why they get my vote!.  The GOP wants to push on with its reactionary social policies and its bad-for-the-American wage earner policies...that's why they won't get my vote!

  8. McCain/Palin

Even though I don't agree with the moderate Conservative views of McCain....Palin tips the scales towards my way of thinking.

I agree that Obama seeks change but has no plan for change.  At least McCain/Palin have an idea of what needs to be done and how to do it.

And lets get one thing straight...there is a big difference between asking the American public to accept On the job training for a  VP (Palin) then on the Job Training for a President (Obama).  And with Palin's record to date...she has exceeded Obama's experience by a long shot.  She at least has SOME experience leading.
