If the Annunaki were real, wouldnt that explain, the bible, the scriptures?

from every ancient civilization, and even the prophecies associated with destruction in 2012. It all adds up, even the time frames, and its impossible to call it coincidence that all the ancient ciilization has similar theories of creation and desctruction, from both origins and destiny of humans.

Any input greatly appreciated, I have just started reading up on the Sumerians and all they said, I just dont know what to believe, it all makes sense in a way, but its so bizarre that I find it hard to believe.

No, it makes no sense whatsoever! The 2012 prophecies are absurd. Nothing adds up about this stuff. You better read some science and stop reading nonsense. Some civilizations had similar myths, because one copied another, but other civilizations had very different ones. The Hebrews copied some Sumerian and Persian myths, but check on Egyptian, Chinese, etc. tales. Don't believe such stuff. When 2013 arrives on schedule, how will you feel?

I believe it has to do with Earth cycles and not religion or even spirituality.  The axis' shift every so many thousands of years and 2012 is supposed to be the next one.  This will have a major effect on EVERYTHING on the Planet.

I don't believe that the Earth will end, as there is evidence of this happening before, but, it sure will cause us lots of problems.  I think getting used to natural living might help since we will probably not have easy access to things like electricity or cell phones or hot running water when such a catastrophe occurs.

The reason the theories of all ancient civilizations are similar is because they all made the same unenducated observations.  

What is the Sun?

A. A mass of Hydrogen and Helium under so much pressure that it combust.  NO!

B.A deity that brings light, and should be worshipped. YES!

If you chose A and were a member of one of these civilizations, you would have been sacraficed to the Sun for such an idea.
