Question:

If the Dinasours were totally wiped out, how did the mammles come along? (wully mammoth, saber tooth etc)?

  1. many of the ancient mammals at the time of the dinosaurs extinction were small and only required small amounts of food to eat. Most were also burrowing mammals, so they would have had a better chance of surviving an asteroid impact, since that is what most scientists theorize killed off the dinosaurs.


  2. The mammals were already around when the dinosaurs were wiped out in the form of small rodent-like creatures.
