  1. I think they might sell out if they make the Playoffs

  2. They may sell out, but a lot of those ticket buyers may be from the visiting team.  Especially if they happen across the Yankees or Red Sox in the ALCS.

  3. 21, 516?!?!   That's about a 10,000 per game jump from previous years

  4. O.O...wow...26th!?!?...thats pretty suprising since they are in 1st place in the al east right now...id expect them to be top 10 in attendence atleast o.O

  5. I am sure they will sellout if they make the playoffs. Surprised they are getting more attendance with how well they have been playing.

  6. i'm sure attendance is picking up though as the season goes on.

  7. The funny thing is that a sellout of that stadium would require a huge chunk of the surrounding population relative to the size of the area to actually contribute to buying tickets. Like others said, I think there are some empty seats, and a lot of tickets bought up by other teams' fans in the area. There are a lot of Yankees/Sox fans down in Tampa and probably fans of other teams retired in Florida as well who would make the trip.

I would hope it would sell out though. How embarrassing would that be to not sell out even a playoff game. If that happens, you definitely have to be ashamed of it.

  8. Hey, there were years in the Braves run when they had playoff tickets available.

I don't think they sell out right away, may take a few games.

  9. i think its crazy that they dont get attendance

they are not having and okay year

they are having a great year all the way arounbd

and they will host a playoff game

and it will be sold out

i dont see any way i couldnt be

  10. few seats left

there not as good as other teams!

    and not as popular!

  11. Sell out? Yes (probably). The playoffs bring in casual fans, newbies, and fans of the opposing team -- plus in Tampa, the first playoff appearance will have huge novelty value.
