If the Tibetans couldn't have it any worse, is China really allying with the cyborg brigade against tibet?

If I were a Tibetan, I would not worry about cyborgs made in China.  First, they are bound to run on batteries that would not be included.  They would be easy to spot from a distance with all of the advertising logos that would be on them and finally they would have to be recalled once someone complained about magnets or lead paint used in their construction.
