  1. nope. bottom would be on the bottom, which is, sunk.

  2. Umm,

The Titanics hull IS AS DEEP AS THE OCEAN!

It is as deep as the ocean will go! and sunk as well.

  3. Yes and unmovable any other ditsy questions?

  4. that is a stupid question

think about it the place where it sank was 2 miles deep. Imagine going into port with a ship over 2 miles high. I don't think it would be able to do that.

  5. the deepest ocean is 35000+ feet deep. how could you build a hull that deep? no, is the answer because you could not sink it becase its sitting on the bottom already. do you have any other dumb questions?

  6. If the Titanic was as deep as the ocean then It it would not be a Boat or a Ship it would be an Object surrounded by Water.

  7. run aground isn't the same as sunk.

I think the answer is "yes", conditional upon some mechanism to prevent waves washing over and filling the ship with water.  I think a swamped boat is sunk if it's aground.

But extremegaman hit the nail on the head.  Poseidon is not to be trifled with.

  8. No, she would've sank faster. The ocean isn't flat. And she  probably would tip over. The Titanic sank because she was never Christened. If they had Christened her, she wouldn't have sank.

  9. No, it would have to be as wide as the ocean is deep, otherwise it could fill with water and tip over.

But then it would be hard to "float" anywhere

  10. It could still tip over, but I guess it was crash against a nearby land mass or something. However I think building a hull as deeps as the ocean is impracticle because you couldn't pull up to dock and would be stranded in the middle of the ocean.

  11. the titanic did not sink because she wasn't cristened, it was because they  built her with a high carbon steel that was known back then to be pretty darn touph and if the metal would not have changed with temperature she would not have, but when you put high carbon steel in cold *** water  it messes with the electonic components in the steel that made it week.  Cold high carbon steel shatteres(breaks very easy).  That is the reason the unsinkable sunk.

If you where to build it as deep as the oceon it would be one big *** boat, but it would not move.
