  1. What a clever observation! Why are people from South America risking their lives to come here!?  If the United States of America is such a bad place, where is it better? I've yet to hear an intelligent answer to that question.

  2. Isn't it ironic that many people who hate America and Americans are also the ones living here taking full advantage of all we have to offer?

  3. THE  USA  IS THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE.

IF IT WASN`T THERE WOULDN`T BE SO MANY PEOPLE HERE.

  4. 1. Money

    2. Certain rights granted to the public

  5. It's not. We just have a lot of people who like to whine and complain about our government, yet in the same breath expect that government to take care of them in every single way. It's simple, we have a lot of people who hate Bush, so they have to be angry about everything. The sad thing is, many (not all) that complain about Bush do nothing but repeat what they have heard. They are quick to say he is stupid...but can't give you an example. (he is a little off, but geez if you are going to say it, back it up) These same people are ruining their own lives and if they don't want to be here, I say we ship them to a third world country and see how they fare.

  6. I'm from Iraq. i was born there and lived there tell i was 9 years old. i moved to Guam when i was 10. and moved to the U.S. when i was 11. I'm 19 now and to tell you the truth... i love it here more then any other place i have been to. so not everyone thinks the U.S. is a horrible place to live in.

  7. I did! I did! I moved out when Bush Sr. became president (specifically for that reason), and I haven't regretted it one single bit! Not to be ugly or hostile towards you, but if you've never traveled or lived abroad extensively, you don't know what you're missing. I can tell you that the U.S. is DEFINITELY not the best place in the world, and I think it has novelty value at best- this is the primary reason people tend to want to move there. I received a top notch education here in Europe at no cost, my son will be able to do the same, my insurance covers me and my entire family fully if anything should ever happen to any of us, i have 30 days vacation per year, and I can go out at night and walk home at 3:00 in the morning without worrying about anyone attacking or shooting me. I love living in Europe, and there is a much better quality of life here in my opinion. Of course, I also think it is a matter of opinion as well, so you're absolutely entitled to yours, and I can accept that. I prefer Europe however.

  8. To paraphrase a famous quote, " america is the worst place to live, except for everywhere else."

  9. People like to whine and complain. There's an old saying: Prosperity breeds contempt. The better we have it (and the less it takes to create a high standard of living for ourselves---attention trust fund brats!!!) the more we hate ourselves. Simple!

  10. Because the U.S. is the only place in the world where you have the right to criticize, complain and rant 'America sucks' without the fear of retribution. Like Miguel G., who can't wait to earn enough money to "get the h**l out of Dodge" because of pending economical collapse, meaning he can't earn enough money any where else in the world so he's staying and using this excuse to support his complaint while he lives in assured comfort and freedom.

  11. I don't think The U.S is a horrible place to live. There are places much worse than the U.S.

  12. 2 things

    1. People that come to the US are attracted to what the US lots flash, greed very little substance. Trust me far more people despise what the US is than come here. A lot of times it is a means to an end. Its like NY or LA you can get rich there but I wouldnt want to raise a family there.

2/ The reason so many place outside of the US are kcufed is because of the uS.

So in that way its kind of a double edged sword you bombed and destroy half the globe then wonder why no one wants to live there.
