  1. WEC

  2. I would probably choose Affliction. The signing of Fedor brings them instant credibility in my opinion.

  3. There is no doubt in my mind..... I would go with Affliction! EliteXC is just a circus act.

  4. I would try the WEC first. Then I would go with EliteXC, because they have a T.V. deal.

  5. it really depends on what weight class a person is fighting in.

HW - Affliction for sure.  Fedor, Sylvia, Arlovski, Barnett, Rothwell, Fedor's brother.  Lots of quality fights could happen there.

MW - Elite XC.  Just to try and get a fight with Robbie Lawler.

LW - DREAM.  Guys like Aoki and Kawaijiri.  There's a lot of quality LW in Japan in general.  Gomi fights in Japan too, but for WVR i think.

FW/BW - WEC.  They clearly showed that they have the cream of the crop with the guys that fought at WEC 35.

LHW/WW - I think UFC is the plase to be in these divisions, so really your only goal in life should be to get back to the UFC.

  6. Affliction

  7. I would choose EliteXC. Not because I feel it is the better promotion, but because they have a network deal. It would be a great way to get my name out there, because we all know, if the fans like you the organizations will pay you.

  8. elite xc is really sick, but i agree with the fool above me, affliction and fedor is going to be really sick. he's unstoppable...

  9. Fedor is the man, but I would like to see a unfication of the leagues and Have belts for regions/countries and then a tournament (playoffs/world cup/grand prix, whatever)to see where fighters stand. I bet there great fighters stuck at the top of a sucky nobody league and could be moving on up the ladder but instead contracts or politics keep him from taking on other c**p league belt holders. if mma is truly now a global sport then it should be treated as one. Like world cup soccer or Little league baseball. Let everyone start out somewhere and  work their way to the top, and then only you losing will keep from being called the best in the world. I have a dream.

(to answer the question I like watching WEC the best (on Vs. channel) so I think it has more credibility and class.

  10. I would choose EliteXC. Affliction looks more appealing at first glance due to their insanely good card coming up. But, Elite has a network deal which would be a very good marketing tool to promote yourself and boost your image.

Also, Affliction is new. We don’t know how ticket sales are going to turn out. This card for July 19th, when you think about it is really for hardcore fans, casual fans wouldn’t know who half these fighters are. So affliction might end up in the red and collapse - we don’t know.

From a fighters perspective I would go with something a little more secure/stable ie. Elite XC and use it as a vehicle to promote myself then move on to bigger & better things like Affliction, if it survives.

  11. Affliciton, if there card in July goes good, that could catapult that company
