If the US Economy Collapses, would it be a good idea to leave the country? Specifically Asia?

With the economy as bad as it is there is a good chance that the economy could collapse? Things seem to be falling apart. So would leaving the US be a good idea.

  1. Ok, I'm pretty sure the economy isn't THAT bad.  Even if it is, it will rebound, it always does.

  2. Australia and Brazil still seem to be economically sound, but you may have a problem getting a job at either one because usually foreign countries like to give their jobs to their own citizens, stay in America and tough it out see what you are made of. You might surprise yourself.

  3. no that would not be a good idea, if our economy collapses, other countries will be greatly affected as well becuase it is all interconnected

  4. During the last Depression, the whole world had economic problems.  And with present-day globalization, it's  unlikely that US economic problems will stay confined in USA.

It's not so much a matter of going to the right place as it is a matter of preparing yourself financially and materially for economic problems.

If you you have no confidence in your paper money.  Then buy gold and silver.  This way inflation and devaluation will not make your savings disappear into thin air.
