Because, George Bush is letting him stay at his ranch!  Bush and Laden are really close friends!  The 9/11 attack was pre-meditated between Bush and Laden.

because when we had Bin Laden cornered  Bush decided to pretty much let him go and attack Iraq. we could have had Bin Laden years ago but instead we attacked a country that didnt really give us a big threat because they werent making WMD's like our so called leaders said. plus back then all someone in the government had to say was terrorists in a sentance and everyone would listen to them

I think George Bush is just playing with the public mind, trying to make himself look good and laden look bad when both are on the same boat, same thing probably happened with Hussein and when Hussein went against bush, he thought it's best to get rid of him and his country, no wonder they attacked Iraq with a fake reason of bomb being built, how long has it been since the war started? has the US gov. found anything yet? NO. And yet they are still there killing people of Iraq.

I personally believe Bin Laden is dead and buried in the mountains of Afghanistan.  Its nigh unto impossible to find an unmarked grave in those mountains.

Because they're two different people.  Bin Laden was not a leader of a nation and moved around more, but Saddam technically was and decided to remain in Iraq.

Obviously not a sincere question. But given the number of mental midgets who responded as expected I feel compelled to jump in and provide a little sanity.

The US military unit that found Hussein did so by happenstance. What they noticed was the kind of man-made hovel that is typically used for storing weapons. To there surprise the biggest weapon found inside was the one that was responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in Iraq and the Middle East since the 1960’s. The US is not the only government searching for bin Laden but there is little chance of his being found (alive that is). Keep in mind that in the Unites States alone there are literally thousands of fugitives from justice who have successfully alluded authorities for years on end. Some of whom have been hiding “in plain sight” as the saying goes. Now imagine the difficulty of locating a single man in an area that spans the entire globe. Add to that the fact that he has thousands of people who are more than willing to aide him in alluding capture.

Is it really so difficult to understand WHY he has not yet been found?
