  1. Because they don't need to unless William doesn't become king.  If something happens to William, and he dies, or can't have children, then, you'll see a paternity test pretty fast.  The truth probably is... a test has already been done, and Harry knows if he's a Windor or not.... but he fits in with the older generation.... where do you think Prince Andrew got his good looks?   From Prince Philip?  Nope.   Andrew looks just like one of the Queen's "male-friends" .... but of course, we know HE IS the child of a monarch.... but if he were to become King....Philip would have to be paid off.

Oh, the tangled web we weave, when we first decide to deceive.

  2. I'm sure that with all the resources available to them, the House of Windsor could certainly and discreetly see if Charles is in fact the biological father.

They have no motivation for doing so, however.  It would be an utter train wreck.  Prince Harry is of age, and certainly has no reason to consent to giving a blood sample.

  3. Oh let the family rest in peace.  I don't feel James Hewitt is credible in the first place, he is just drumming up publicity to line his own pockets and sell more books.  He has done nothing but profit from her death in my opinion not much of a friend now is he?  He claims to love her yet he exploits their relationship.  I agree with the royal family just ignoring him, he doesn't deserve even a response.

  4. I heard that they did make him take a paternity test.

  5. Firstly, how do you know they haven't and kept the results private.

Secondly, if they publicly admitted to a paternity test it would mean there was doubt in their mind.

James Hewitt has said a number of times that his affair with Diana didn't start until Harry was a toddler.

Harry resembles Prince Philip and Prince Charles far more than he resembles James Hewitt, his Red hair comes from his Mother's family - his Uncle, Earl Spencer, Diana's brother is red-haired.

  6. Getting the test will always make people doubt if Prince Harry is the true royal son as the scientists, PR, etc can always forge the results.

If Prince Harry's paternity test reveals that he is not the true royal son, what's to stop the testers to sell it to the tabloids?  This would result in a bad embarrassment not only for Prince Harry but for the entire Royal family and James Hewitt.

In addition, if James Hewitt is the father, what's to stop him from suing the Royal family?

There are way too many potential consequences to even risk the test.
