  1. The baby boom was the natural result of the end of the war. What are you changing so as to come up with a non-existent baby boom no war? more soldiers killed in action? higher infant mortality? a country-wide embrace of ZPG?

    However you choose to get rid of the baby boom (retroactively and hypothetically) would lead to a completely different world with a completely different Canadian economy.
