  1. The Supreme Court is currently deciding how to treat perpetrators who create hoaxes about Bigfoot.

Although the case is still pending, prominent legal scholars issued the following statement:

"It is almost certain who perpetrate Bigfoot hoaxes will be in Bigtrouble. All these people want is Bigpublicity. Thus, they should be put in a Bigprison."

In my opinion, this legal statement is not a Bigsurprise.

  2. There is no simple answer to that question.  The appropriate answer would be "Depends".  It depends on many things and circumstances.  Such as: Do they get money for the stunt or hoax in anyway?  Do they cause a panic?  Things like that.

If they get money to do more research on the "Bigfoot" and they turn out to be a hoax that could be fraud.

But, if all they do is tell people and people choose to believe or not then they probably won't get into trouble.
