  1. No.  All cars sold at auction must come with a clear title.


  2. No. They wouldn't beable to sell it at that auction if there was a lien on the title. Its just letting you know the history of the vehicle. If its coming from a car dealer than its going to be fine as a clean title persay. As in saleable.. not quality. If its from an individual, then it will be on the title when you go to cross it over and have him sign it and notorized.

  3. nope, the auction conveys clear title.
