Voters signed a petition to place Light Rail on the ballot. Voters approved Light Rail. City Council is using stall tactics to derail Light Rail. What Missouri laws can be used to force the City Council to build Light Rail for Kansas City?

  1. All the little loopholes in laws tighten up, serving the big bucks paying other big bucks. People should side up again for a just cause, and use the Companion to make ways, that were not there before. Civil disobedience are the last straw for the people to embark on a completely peace-full mission, to lay claim on Economic projects resizing infrastructure  to qualify for a new Time.

    When City stalls over plans, draw up different projects, that cost less from an honest neighborhood.  built in the philosophy, For the People, From the People For the People!!!! Would not your City Council become Jobless and cost less Taxes for Infrastructure they had no resolve to build.?
