  1. Being that the religions can't agree on God, the same thing will happen with a Messiah.  Some religions will welcome him,  and some will claim it's a fraud.

  2. I think this answers it best

    Daniel 7:14

He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

    and

    Philippians 2

9  Therefore God exalted him to the highest place

and gave him the name that is above every name,

10  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,

in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

11  and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.

    and from Jesus himself...

    Matthew 25

31  "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory.

32  All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

33  He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

It was the philosopher Francis Bacon that said "A little philosophy inclineth man's mind to atheism; but depth in philosophy bringeth men's minds about to religion."

Philosophy is often called a search for truth and truth is absolute and knowable and must be searched for diligently, but many will try to hide it, deny it or muddy it, do you search for what is true or let Oprah tell you?

"To give truth to him who loves it not is but to give him more plentiful material for misinterpretation" - George MacDonald

"Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing had happened." - Winston Churchill

  3. is he supposed to return as the same carnal body, or a different one? it seems ridiculous to say the same, it must have rotted away by now. so if it is a new one is he supposed to look exactly the same or might he look totally different? if he were to come back so different than no one would recognize his face, how would they know it was him? there must be something about him, some presence, something unseen by the senses. and if he has had more than one body, that means that what he truly is, is not the body, but the unseen aspect.

a wise man was musing with me about the idea that when He returns, his arrival will be subtle. everyone will know something is different, but most won't know what.

as a spirit, He was far too far away for us to find him. as a man, he became much closer; but still, even though he stood there face-to-face with us, he was not close enough. directly connected to each individual as a heightened level of personal consciousness, he is closer than ever. instead of man, he becomes mankind. instead of only being directly accessible at a certain time and certain place, only a few privileged enough to meet him, he is more directly accessible than ever before, to all people at all times, at anytime, consciously, He is within you, He is you.

  4. Why do bother wasting you time talking to a rock (philosophers)

  5. The Second Coming of Messiah will be unmistakably Him. All will recognize Him, including Jews and Gentiles.
