  1. 1 ml of water at sea level and 25 degrees Celsius (I think) is equal to 1 cubiccentimetre. So 24 cubiccentimetres with a density of 0.760g/ml is equal to 24 x 0.760 = 18.24g.

    Note that the density of a substance changes as you change temperature due to thermal expansion. I think all given densities of a substance are supposed to be taken at 25 degrees, but I could be wrong.
