If the dot in my cell phone is pink not white?

I remember having problems with my cell phone and them asking what color the dot is. I am having problems and my dot is pink-not white, does that mean I have gotten it wet?

that means someway/somehow moisture has gotten on/in the phone..

and some wont let u get a new one if it gets messed up, cuz it will be considered like tampering or something

Yes, that dot is a litmus paper.  When exposed to moisture it will change from white to pink or red.
