  2. I'd say the kidneys. The forests help get rid of the "bad stuff" from the atmosphere. The kidneys do the same for the body.

  3. Well trees let out oxygen for us to breathe and absorb carbon dioxide. Our lungs to the exact opposite, we let out carbon dioxide but we breathe in oxygen. So I would say trees would be our lungs because they benefit from eachother.

    One of the main reasons forests are so important to us is because they take in carbon dioxide, and release oxygen, freshening our air for us.

    I based my answer on the nature of this.
