  1. How does your question make any sense.  The primary proved your statement wrong.  Obama got the nomination, not Hillary.  And yes it should be about issues.

  2. When it was about issues (Hillary vs Obama) ninety four percent of registered black voters decided color trumped issues. I hope the general election turns out differently.^

  3. I am woman hear me roar. Thats right folks, the First Woman Vice President. We've come a a long way baby, to get to this pont. Now the skies the limit. McCain/Palin 2008.

  4. Yeah, you said it...... it should be about issues.

Turn a blind eye to color.

    Reject gender play.

Look at the passion in their eyes. Obama has the fire in his belly. He means what he says...... you can read it from his tone of voice, sincerity. He really cares for the future of America.

The electrifying speech at the DNC ..? He hit it out of the ball park.

  5. It's about the issues and who is best qualified to represent the country, not race or s*x. Too bad so many people can't wrap their minds around the concept.

  6. You left out too many "ifs."

For whom would you vote if both were equally qualified regarding legislative experience, foreign experience, having served our country, executive experience, etc.

If both were absolutely, totally, equally qualified, I would probably vote for a man (and I am female).

Let's leave the "black" out of it.  Obama is totally inexperienced and seems to have bought into his own P.R.  I would vote for Colin Powell, Michael Steele, ...

  7. our country would be doomed if it ever came to that being the deciding factor.

  8. You are right..it should be issues!  Not by gender or the color of skin. If that what you asked happened, then the voters are reduced to morons.
