I hope it's free because I've just installed it on 4 machines (all PCs of course). There's a "paid for" upgrade which they hassle you for, but the free version still exists.

Its still free and working and updating. AVG just fix a bug yesterday that makes it impossible to update. It also happened last week. missing bin file n. 18 is the problem. Today its already fix and working.
