I mean how would it look industrially, physically and the people, how would they feel?

  1. It would look exactly the same whether people had formulated the theory or not, since we have done very little so far to change anything.

Are you asking how things would be different if there were less greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere?  It's hard to say because nothing can be blamed for one thing.  We probably would have had a few fewer severe hurricanes, wine-grape growers in South Africa would probably not be changing their varieties as they are, ...

  2. No-one notices anything until it becomes a threat.

  3. Well... if the THEORY didn't exist... the world would still look the same. Duhh... So it must be more than just a theory huh?!  =]

  4. what dr jello said

  5. it would be a lot warmer if that helps

  7. How can this be answered? Unless we can travel back in time and change events its all speculation.

  8. If the global warming theory didn't exist, people would find something else to be afraid of.

Throughout history, people have needed some kind of enemy to be cohesive and to keep them from fighting amonst each other.

  9. Everything would be the exact same. People jumped on a fear based bandwagon and have held on! The reality is that the so called changes are not as major as they have been portrayed. If you don't believe me, research the number of weather stations and their locations before the fall of the Soviet Union and then again after all this overblown c**p started. It makes for a very interesting read.

  10. I doubt anyone would take notice.  After all we're only talking about a scant 0.5 degree increase over the last 100 years.

People only panic because they are constantly bombarded with this garbage 24/7

  11. probably worse then  this

we still would have deforested (http://byderule.multiply.com/journal/ite...

,polluted the air ,contaminated the soils and water

caused desertification by bad farming methods

but then with far less restraint

and we would be on a devastated planet much sooner
