there's a lot of talk in illinois about impeaching the governor so i was just wondering.

  1. Laws vary by state, but it's usually the Lieutenant Governor.


  2. The Lieutenant Governor takes over, this person is the same

    as the Vice President of the US to the President. The governor is out the Lieutenant Governor takes over.
