If the ice around globe melts in 2050 because of global warming,which big cities are going to be safe?

as the latest environmental researchers say the worlds ice is melting because of global warming.most of the costal cities and places near big natural water passages and reserviours are going to be underwater. under these conditions during 2050 or even during the fourth decade, whch big cities around the world are going to be safe from flood?

theyre talking about the ice that is floating in the artic ocean melting by 2050.   If floating ice melts, it doesnt raise the sea levels.

Scientists no longer believe greenland or antarctica are going to melt to the extent they used to, so really, there should not be much sea level rise from where it is now, only inches...  So everywhere should be safe.
