If the kicker could make a field goal from anywhere on the field...

Question

If your team had a field goal kicker who could make a field goal from any spot on the field, even 100 yards away. Would that make your team unbeatable? Because you could get 3 points whenever you wanted. Wouldn't even need a quarterback or any other positions. But I guess you'd still need a defense. It would be awesome though.

You'd still lose if the other team kept scoring touchdowns every other possession because your defense sucks and relies on your kicker.
