think about it!if we can only get better and faster?what do we get to become?we cannot just stagnate!in limbo?

  1. well, that will never happen, what I think will happen is that as men get faster and faster, our ways of measuring it will be more precise.

    Not just that, by the time we have evolved to that point it may be that running, or olympics as a sport no longer exists, in 100m for instance,  we're looking at half a second every 20 years so by that rationale, if we look at it straight off, it would be, if metered as a straight line 400 years until someone could run 100m in zero seconds by which time the sport/organisation will most probs be obsolete.


  2. No. This is not true. Think about it - it is physically impossible for a human being to run a mile in nought seconds, as most kids will tell you.

    The human race is improving, that is true, but eventually it will reach a plateau when our bodies hit the zenith of improvement. At the moment we are still changing and improving but eventually it will stop - human bodies are amazing things but they cannot perform the impossible.
