I remember taking my 12 speed bike on "Line Rides" with the local moped riders.

I think this question has something to do with such Line-Rides.

The idea is to ride your bike on the white painted line on the edge of the road, like you're riding on a tight-rope.

its like if your waiting in a line (que) and its saying that is the ride.

So yes the ride is the line

Yes, but if your not on the edge your taking up to much space.

Aviation... Is right about the line-rides, I've seen a few variations done by some local kids, such as riding curbs and following the lane markings in parking lots and when they come to an intersection they hop the bikes 90 deg. and try to stay on the line. (I'd like to see some of these kids on a tech. mtn bike trail as some of the stunts the do leaves me shaking my head.)
