If the lower half of the US were to be submerged in water where would you go?

Let's say it is from 1/2 of California, point of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, North & South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida (basically right across the line loking on a map).

I have lived, or been to, every place in the United States except the Deep South (does Arkansas count?), and Northern California is my favorite. Let me live in the area from San Francisco to Big Sur for the rest of my life and I'll be a happy man.

The premise of your question doesn't make sense.  The water would follow topography, not abritrary lines.

In the case of a water level rise it would not necessarily  be the US because it looks lower on the map. It would be all the lower level areas near the cost lines first then follow up the rivers etc.
