  1. Can you give more details?  There are a LOT of variables.  What is the relation of the person to the Military (spouse, child, civilian worker), and what is the offense.  Also where did it occur?  A military investigation is the same as a civilian investigation.


  2. It all depends on the kind of investigation being carried out.

  3. If the person (and the dog) are on a military installation, or in an area controlled by the military -- nothing else has to take place. Being on a military installation gives implied consent.
