Why do we send women to deal with them. I live with a wife and 2 daughters. I know how smart and convincing they are but, those mid east people don't seem to have any respect for women. Why have our last two sec's of state been women? (both parties)

  1. Condi is an exception to the rule because other countries realize that she is speaking for a President that has no problem waging war on a country so its called the fear factor. Even though other countries may have dislike for women in positions they will listen out of fear. That's what makes George W. Bush a good president.

  2. You make a great point, being a lawyer, its not how I would fight my case, you have to adapt with each case, even when you dont believe in it...if you want to win...and when you continue to do the same thing and it doesnt work, the boss isnt doing his job

  3. I think it is a way to stand up and say women are not second rate.

I applaud Condi for not being afraid.

  4. Many of those countries are so unreasonable that it would not matter who we sent in!  You cannot rationalize with an irrational person!  I think Condi Rice is a highly qualified very intelligent woman who can get the job done!
