You could always head on down to Mellon Arena and watch it on the "Big Screen" with the other fans.

if cbs or vs. isnt available for u then go one pittsburghpenguins.com and while the game is being broadcasted click listen to game and u will get to listen but i think that u should be able to find it

Some games will be on NBC, Versus (cable) will pick up the rest.

Versus may work out a deal to get the games on over-the-air TV locally.

If you can't watch it in Pittsburg, go to cbc.ca/sports.  They will be carrying the game nationally in Canada, and putting it on broadband on the net.  You can watch it there.
