If the plane gets in at 9pm what time should I be at the airport?

My moms plane gets here at 8:59 but I live about 15 minutes from the airport what time should I get there.

I also need to leave early enough to eat dinner.

depends.

If your mum is arriving on an international flight and has to go through immigration and customs it can take quite some time before she's "ready to go". Basically, do you wan to meet here when she arrives, or be ready when she's ready to leave?

If she only has carry-on luggage then she can get out of the airport within few minutes of the plane landing (assuming a domestic flight).

If you have to wait for the baggage you can assume another 15-30 mins after the plane landed to wait for it

they can be earlyer cose on this march i trave from santo domingo to madrid with iberia (in  business)and we arrived almost 20 minute first

Planes NEVER arrive early, because they can't leave the gate until their scheduled departure time. So, they're either on time, or late !

Get there a few minutes before  mom's eta and you'll be safe !

i would leave at 8:45 but i would also check on the website to see if her flight is delayed.
