  1. Well to begin most beds use a type of plastic that is very hard to break called plexyglass and they are tested by professionals before ever being used. There are also other added safety features! I remember my friend telling me a nightmare about his visit to a tanning salon. He used to roll to his sides so he could get dark all around. Well the way tanning beds are set up is so you distribute your weight on the bed. When he turned to the side all the weight was in the center and it started to crack. He said it split right up the middle but he did not fall through because there was some kind of extra safety feature that held the glass from falling.

  2. oo that kind od tanning .. umm dunno

  3. You can get really hurt.  Your skin can get very burned.  But the odds are, the plastic wont break!

  4. I would think that depending on the breakage there would be a variety of injuries that could occur from burns to cuts. If the break occurs during usage I would immediately get out and contact a service assistant.

Natural glow is better than a tan anyways. Also there are a number of lotions now that will provide the same results much safer.

  5. Dont know.

I dont expect it would break but I have thought about it when Ive been tanning. And getting caught in the bed. Scaryy..

  9. Yes I've seen a documentary on a lady who heard a crack noise but she still styed on as she couldn't see the breakage and she got severley sunburnt.  You would have to jump straight off and sue thier asses x

  10. probably not. i have atanning bed and the bottom piece of acrylic split. it pinched me but didn't cause problems. if you have a gap or hole in it then yes it can hurt you.
