If the police caught a bank robber red-handed and he would tell them they're on candid camera?

i mean if he runs away for one, how would he have time to tell them hes on candid camera also im pretty sure they come out with the cameras for that show nyeah scaring the living **** out of ppl to pretend theyre being robbed is no joke. not even funny.

I don't think the cops would believe him unless dispatch told them, anyways they would arrest him then the producers would tell the Police.

I somehow doubt that he could run very fast being handcuffed, or having been shot a couple of times.
