  1. unfortunatley, you cant get out of it, unlless you can prove it wasnt you who was stopped, which is in itself almst impossible if it was u, a human error is admissable, however there may be a small loophole you may be able to exploit, speak to your lawyer represeting you for advice

  2. you may be able to get this charge dismissed on a technicality

  3. 1. yes they can

    2. no - human error is permissible

  4. Yes, they will just correct their mistake.

There is no defence for using a phone while driving. You are putting the lives of other people at risk, there is no excuse or defence for that.

  5. I am afraid that there is no way round this one!

At the end of the day they caught you red handed!

There are two ways to deal with this one find a great solicitor and go and fight your case or

Plead guilty and pay a fine !

  6. yes they can, and your name could even be seen as an alais.

  7. they should have removed you from your car and taken it away to be crushed. Talking on the phone is dangerous and is illegal I hope that you get the maximum fine and a driving ban.

  8. No defences, no loop holes.

  9. Not sure about UK law, but if they got your tag number, and you gave them a fake name - then they would probably go out of their way to make an example out of you.
