I suppose its possible in theory, but that weapon would not have your fingerprints or DNA on it..

And I would imagine coppers who would do such a thing to an innocent person are pretty much in a minority..

get caught on cctv and they are in big Poo.

I think stop and search is a great idea...

It makes for a nice story line.

In reality it would just make for more paperwork for them.
