  1. If it was a public park, they may have restrictions on the hours that people can be in that park. If so, and you go back when it is still "closed," so to speak, you can get a ticket. Persistance is not a good thing when the police say you've done something wrong....

  2. Going back a few hours later probably would not be a problem.  If you engaged in the same activity again that got you and your friend kicked out of there, the police would be much harsher.

  3. Depends on whether or not they want to issue you a Criminal Trespass Warning, legal document stating that if you are caught on those premises again you are subject to arrest. Some times they don't just issue you the warning and then let you go. They can, at the property owner's request or if in violation of a city ordinance, arrest you then. They already asked you to leave once... taking a chance going back.

  4. If he just told you to leave, perhaps nothing would happen. If he told you not to come back, that would be trespassing, or your city may have an ordinance for unauthorized presence in a park.

If you return, and cause problems, he could not only charge you with the second incident, he could also charge you with whatever you did to get kicked out the first time.

  5. Oh, she might get a ticket for a misdemeanor, some kinda' little law like, "didn't mind me the first time"...

  6. Sounds like trespassing to me.
