  1. i assume you mean a package....then yes, you would have to pay according to weight and what class you're sending it.


  2. Charges for items sent through post offices are levied based on the weight of the item sent. They will check wether you are paying the right charge for the weight of the item you are sending. If the weight is more you may have to pay more.

  3. Yes and you also have to pay how you want to send it depending on where the item is being sent to. I live in Michigan and here they will send everything first class mail which is $0.49 for a single envelope but if it is being sent by priority mail then it becomes like $1.00 to send it.
