Question:

If the president dies in office, can a controlling senate override a VP taking Office?

I have read the line of Succession, I know the VP then the Speaker are in line, I also know The Vp takes the Big Chair and appoints a new VP, BUT, Can a controlling senate majority declare the VP unfit to Govern and Put the Speaker in charge??
